Owners Kim & Randy Williams React to Our 10 Year Anniversary

In 2009, Kim & Randy Williams opened SERVPRO of Alexander & Caldwell Counties. Now, 10 years later, they've expanded their operations to include 3 additional franchises and over 60 employees. And they're one of the Top 100 franchises of all SERVPRO franchises (over 1,700)!
