Cleaning the Air Ducts in a Hickory Apartment

There are many reasons you might want to clean your HVAC system, such as removing soot from a fire, allergies, mold growth, etc. In this case, however, we were asked to clean the duct system because the previous tenant of this apartment left a strong, lingering cigarette odor in the unit.
Our technicians connected our highly powerful vacuum to the unit and sucked out many of the loose particles. We then sprayed a sealing agent in the system to keep the remaining particles from breaking loose in the future. Afterward, we deployed CLO2 in the apartment overnight so we could get eliminate any remaining odor. The property manager was happy with our services!
