Storm Water Extraction and Drying in Lenoir

The Lenoir storm left some groundwater within the lower level of this house under construction. Our task was to quickly suction out the pooling water to prevent deterioration of the framing and drywall that was already installed. Our equipment was busy at work to also reduce the moisture content of the concrete pad to an acceptable level. Moisture retention could only lead to future water damage and costs. We sprayed the lumber and stairwell stringers and risers to prevent mold from growing from the always present dormant mold spores. This process took four days to ensure that all was ready to continue the assembling of the interior of this home in Lenoir.
