Groundwater in the Basement

Disaster can strike when we least expect it, and that's exactly what happened in this home. We were called after normal office hours, but because we operate 24 hours a day, we dispatched a team immediately. 

Ground water had soaked the flooring in this basement, affecting carpets and furniture. Our technicians extracted the water, blocked off the furniture to prevent staining, applied an antimicrobial spray, and set air movers and dehumidifiers. The carpet was also removed because the moisture broke down the glue that held it to the concrete floor. The customer was very happy with our immediate response and our professionalism.
