A Moldy Looking Wall in Lenoir

This house in Lenoir was purchased by an individual that realized the mold problem, as shown just on this one wall, needed professional assistance from SERVPRO of Alexander & Caldwell Counties for remediation. Fortunately, the attic trusses and the crawl space were spared from this fungi attack, so sealed the infested rooms within the single story structure to prevent cross-contamination. Using negative pressure apparatus to thwart the circulation of mold spores, we removed the mold damaged drywall wall, ceilings, and carpet flooring. We applied an antimicrobial product to the exposed areas and then installed new drywall, carpeting, and paint to complete this mold remediation project.
