Lenoir Extensive House Fire

The Before Photo shows the effects of a severe fire to this Lenoir area home. The damage is much worse than this picture reveals. Our customer's insurance adjuster okayed a gutting of the interior of the house. The demolition took some days until the final clean up. The framing, from the attic crawlspace down through to the floor, all trusses, rafters, studs, and headers were "ice blasted with CO2 pellets to remove the remaining charring from the wood. Hydroxyl generation and thermal fogging eliminated the oppressing smoke odors, and after the final inspection, the property was ready for the rebuild.
