Flooded Basement in Lenoir, NC

When heavy rains entered this home in Lenoir, NC, we were called to make it "Like it never even happened." Because there was not any carpet in affected areas, we were able to get straight to the mitigation process. We first deployed air movers and dehumidifiers to speed up the drying process while simultaneously keeping humidity levels low. This process is important not just mitigating water damage but also for preventing mold, which thrives in moist environments. The drying process only took a few days before we were able to remove our equipment. The customer was very satisfied with the results!
